Overview

Prequel is a design practice focused on digital products, websites, services, and the wider experience around them. The work is strategy-led, hands-on, and built around getting close enough to the real problem to design something more useful.

That can mean helping shape a new product, improving an existing website, rethinking a service journey, or bringing structure to something that has grown messy over time. The goal is not to add process for its own sake. It is to make the work clearer, stronger, and easier to move forward.

Prequel stays intentionally small. You work directly with the person doing the thinking and the design, with trusted collaborators joining when a project needs extra depth. It keeps the work personal, practical, and easier to steer together.
